This Legal Disclaimer explains the limitations and legal responsibilities related to the use of our BI application that automates the creation of BI dashboards in Tableau using AI. Ponychart is not affiliated with Tableau.
1. General Disclaimer
Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy in the dashboards generated by our BI application, we do not guarantee that every output is error-free. Users are encouraged to verify all insights independently before making any business decisions.
Third-Party Content: Our platform may include links or references to third-party data sources. Such inclusion does not imply endorsement, and the responsibility for verifying and using such data rests solely with the user.
Use at Your Own Risk: The application is provided for informational purposes only. Use of the dashboards and insights generated by our AI is at the user's own risk, and we assume no responsibility for any losses or damages incurred.
2. Not a Professional Service
The AI-driven dashboards are intended to assist with business insights and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice (financial, legal, etc.). Users should seek qualified professional counsel for decisions that require expert guidance.
3. Intellectual Property
- All dashboards generated by our application are fully owned by the user.
- Users are free to share, modify, and commercialize these dashboards as they see fit.
- If third-party data is incorporated, users are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable terms or licensing restrictions of those data sources.
4. Data Privacy & Security
Data Storage and Protection: User data is stored securely with encryption both in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on AWS datacenters located in Paris, France.
Data Sharing: No user data is shared with any third-party services. The only exception is the transmission of conversations between the user and our AI partners (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepseek, etc.), which are used solely for generating responses.
User Responsibility: While we implement robust security measures, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and data.
5. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our company, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Special damages
- Consequential damages
That may result from the use or inability to use our application, including but not limited to errors or omissions in the content generated.
Important: Users agree to use the platform at their own risk and acknowledge that reliance on the generated dashboards is their sole responsibility.

We reserve the right to modify this disclaimer and any related policies at any time. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.
